Role: Software Test & Integration Engineer (Automation Magician)
Location: San Diego, CA (in-office)
Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000 / yr + stock options, 401k matching, and other benefits.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Software Test & Integration Engineer
to help ensure our parts and vehicles roll off the production line ready to conquer the world—or at least operate reliably. You’ll perform manual and automated checkouts, troubleshoot issues, and work tirelessly to make your own job obsolete by automating the heck out of it.
But if you succeed in automating yourself out of work completely, don’t worry—we’ve got plenty of other exciting challenges for you (probably involving lasers, but no promises).
About You:
You're a technically savvy tinkerer with a keen eye for detail, equally comfortable tackling projects independently or collaborating within tight-knit teams. You likely have more ideas than time, and if you have a garage, it's probably hosted plenty of experiments. In addition to your hands-on approach, you have a passion for writing thorough tests to ensure everything works flawlessly.
